Who are the coaches?

Coach Jeff practices what he preaches, "Train Smart and Stay Injury Free!." He has over 25 years of experience coaching triathletes, marathoners and swimmers. He's competed in Hawaii's fun and competitive races and knows the courses and challenges you'll need to train for. Assistant coaches are hand picked for experience and coaching experience. You'll benefit from great assistants ranging from a swim, bike and run coaches. But rest assured you'll get lots of personal attention from Coach Jeff. Jeff trains along side giving pointers to the fastest and the slowest. Everyone can improve!
